Astute Artistry at 3026 Twelve Mile Road, Berkley, Michigan.

I purchased a groupon for 6 laser hair treatments. The first session was canceled and took over a month to reschedule since they were too busy going through accreditation for their school. I then had two treatments- treatments went fine. The machine then broke so they canceled my other appointments telling me they would contact me when it was fixed. That was in October and it's been over 5 months and I've never heard from them. I have been calling and leaving messages since December but no one returns my phone calls or answers the phone there. Very disappointing and a waste of my money and time. I would be hesitant to utilize them for any service given how impossible it is to reach them.

Update August 2017-
Pretty sure this business is permanently closed when I went through town the other day. I think the owners took off and opened a new one in Detroit. Groupon was kind enough to exchange my purchase. I am very disappointed in Astute Artistry and find them to be a very irresponsible business.
