Oct, 21 2019Sheila Gross1I just needed my oil changed but when I went to pick it up he told me they had to rotate my tires ( but yet they didn't call to tell me) if they had I would of told them DON'T ROTATE THEM cuz Discount Tire will rotate them for FREE! However my bill was 20.00 MORE CUZ THEY DID A JOB I DIDN'T ASK FOR AND THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR MY PERMISSION!!!! THIS IS A SIGN $$$ IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE CUSTOMER!!! WELL YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THIS CUSTOMER ANYMORE! BYE!!!!
